What step to take, where to go, how to go about it? Legit questions.

What if I´ve told you that it’s like with a plant that doesn´t grow, you don´t fix the plant but instead the ground where it grows. Going back to where the problem was created is the road to recovery, liberation and expansion. Claiming back all the forgotten parts of you. It´s a love-pawed as much as a pain-inducing road of the two opposites that coexist in the same life plane since the beginning of the times.

Trust is the most significant self-loving act you can do for yourself.

But quick fixes and the endless escapisms are the roads to disconnection. I can tell you what to wear and where to move that chair, ask you not to go overboard with shopping, and still, all the choices you make daily are the reflection of if and how you hold yourself. You can Marie Kondo yourself as much as you want and go full-on sustainable fuel, but until you align with your needs none of the choices in wardrobe, colour, furniture, make-up and food won’t do a magic flick for ya or the planet.

Until your honest about who you are, what you want, and reclaim your dreams and desires you will continue in the same vicious circle. Creating a set of rituals that are close to who you identify with and practising them is building a road to expansions, getting in tune with yourself and renouncing on pain created by ´new normal`. Rituals are characterised but not defined by formalism, traditionalism, invariance, rule-governance, sacral symbolism, and performance. Rituals can be anything you want them to represent for you. You can write your own rules. Because when you take upon someone else’s rules inevitably you will force them to make them work for you, and they won’t.If you need to insist, it´s probably not your size. Be the creator of your own rituals.
Practice them with love and intention. Don´t force anything . Give in to Trust.
